With an Australia wide, established Hose Reel installer network, covering all capital and most major regional areas of Australia. Have your brand new Hose Reel installed by one of our professional installers.
All mounting options are available for both Classic and Evolve™ Series Reels through the service.
- Wall Bracket (Timber/Brick)
- Mounting Post (Soil/Grass)
- Ground Mount (Timber/Masonry)
As well as a convenient option to remove and dispose of your old reel!

3 Step Process
Step 1: Confirm your location is eligible for installation using our Postcode checker.
Step 2: Add the installation type/service to the cart, add any additional items and make payment
Step 3: Your nominated Installer will contact you within 5 business days of your Hose Reel order being delivered, to arrange an installation time that suits
Terms and Conditions:
Inclusions:
- Assembly and installation of Hoselink retractable hose reel.
- Fixing to brick or timber walls where reliable and secure mounting is available.
- Fixing to Hoselink Mounting post
- Mounting position for timber walls depends on the location and availability of wall studs.
- Wall plugs and screws where required. Additional fasteners required may incur additional charges.
- Removal of packaging.
- 12 Month Warranty on installation service.
Exclusions:
- Hose reel or feeder hose modifications. The tap must be within 1.5m of the installation location; otherwise, an additional leader hose may be required to be purchased.
- Mounting to Hebel, Plaster or Sandstone, or walls unable to support the weight and load of the product.
- Mounting Post installation excludes any digging into rock/concrete.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Installation price based on one unit.
- Products must be on-site before installation.
- Disposal of old hose reels is not a part of this service; this can be arranged for an additional charge.
- If an Installer attends site per an agreed time and cannot gain access or complete the installation, a callout fee of up to $75 may apply.
