Returns Policy
At EasyGardenTools, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Return an Item
- Email our support team at support@easygardentools.com.au with your order number.
- We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely and send it using a tracked shipping service.
- Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Product Warranty
All EasyGardenTools products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal household use.
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship.
- Does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Warranty claims must include proof of purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Do I have to pay return shipping?
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
