Will it connect to my existing watering accessories?
The supplied tap connector fits standard Australian garden taps. Hoselink accessories use a point-and-twist connection; conventional click-on accessories may need an adapter. Send us a photo if you are unsure.
Can I use the reel with a water tank?
Yes, but available pressure matters. A long reel can reduce flow on low-pressure tank supplies. Check your pump and water pressure before choosing the 30m option.
How should I care for the reel?
Retract after use and avoid harsh cleaners. For extended storage, shut off the tap and release pressure. In frost-prone conditions, disconnect and store indoors. Do not open the spring-loaded casing.
What should I do if there is a leak or retraction problem?
Stop using the reel and contact support@easygardentools.com.au with your order number, model code and a photo or short video. Do not dismantle the casing.

Both beige and charcoal listings offer 20m and 30m options. Choose the finish that suits your outdoor space, then confirm the length you need.
