2. Change of Mind Returns

  • The item is unused, unopened and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Change-of-mind returns are subject to:

  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer

  • A refund of the product price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Certain items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns, including:

4. Major vs Minor Faults

Major Fault

A product is considered to have a major fault if:

  • It is unsafe

  • It is significantly different from its description

  • It does not do what it is meant to do and cannot be easily fixed

For major faults, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement

Minor Fault

If the fault is minor and can be repaired within a reasonable time, we may choose to:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the item

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and the return conditions above.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit once the return is approved.
